Easy support is part of the deal. If something's wrong with your order, we'll make it right.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your Nomad AC arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
Change of mind
Changed your mind? You may return an unused item, in its original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Reach out first so we can arrange the return properly.
How to start a return
Use the contact page with your order number and a short description of the issue. Our team will come back to you with the next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked.
